The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and bulk. It took 25 pounds of weight suspended from the handle bar before it tipped in the opposite direction, which is better than most of the competition but not as impressive as the best performer in this metric one, the Chariot Cougar 2.

The wide rear wheels can be locked to enhance maneuverability. The brake pedal lock and unlocks the rear wheels at the same time, which is great to park in tight spaces.
