While it's not the most light double stroller, it does have enough features worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy to move it around flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs hang in that way. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.
